Seifert electronic
Terms of participation
Last updated: 30 September 2026
Draft for review by Seifert electronic. Open points are marked in square brackets. The German version is binding.
1. Organiser
The campaign “The Coolest Advent Calendar in the Industry” is organised by Seifert electronic GmbH, Egerstraße 3, 58256 Ennepetal, Germany (“Seifert”).
2. Campaign and period
From 1 to 24 December 2026 a door opens every day on the campaign site with a question from the Seifert product and engineering portfolio and a daily prize. Participation is only possible online via the campaign site [domain]. German time applies; the day changes at midnight.
3. Eligibility
Business customers, prospects and contacts of Seifert may take part: natural persons aged 18 or over acting for a company in the course of their work. Employees of Seifert and of the service providers involved in the campaign, and their relatives, are excluded. [Please confirm.]
Participants are responsible for complying with their employer’s rules on accepting gifts. On request, Seifert makes a prize available to the company instead of the person, or refrains from handing it over.
4. Ticket number
Every participation is tied to a ticket number. Recipients of a physical advent calendar find their number on the calendar’s sticker (numbers 1 to 300). Anyone without a calendar can register on the campaign site with an email address and company name and receives a number from 301 upwards plus a confirmation by email.
Only one ticket number is issued per person and email address. Repeated registrations with the same email address return the same number.
5. Procedure and determination of winners
A winning number is set for each campaign day and shown on the campaign site after the door is opened. Every ticket number automatically takes part on every campaign day; the chance of winning does not depend on whether or how the daily question is answered. [Please check the wording on how Seifert sets the winning number.]
On 1 December 2026 every participant who opens the door receives a small surprise prize. [Please confirm.]
6. Prizes
The daily prizes are non-cash prizes presented on the campaign site. Prizes cannot be paid out in cash, exchanged or transferred to other persons. If a prize is unavailable, Seifert provides an equivalent replacement. Shipping within Germany and Europe. [Please confirm.]
7. Notification and delivery
Winners report their win via the “Claim your prize” button on the campaign site or are notified by Seifert by email to the address given at registration. Prizes must be claimed by 15 January 2027, otherwise the claim lapses. [Please confirm.] Prizes are delivered by 31 January 2027.
8. Exclusion and early termination
Seifert may exclude participants who violate these terms, provide false information or manipulate the campaign technically, in particular through automated participation. Seifert reserves the right to adapt, interrupt or end the campaign in the event of technical faults, legal reasons or force majeure.
9. Liability
Seifert is liable only for damage resulting from injury to life, body or health and for damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence. For material and legal defects of prizes Seifert is liable only in cases of intent or fraudulent concealment.
10. Data protection
Information on the processing of personal data in the campaign is provided in the privacy policy of the campaign site.
11. Final provisions
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. Legal recourse is excluded. Should individual provisions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected. The German version of these terms is binding.
